RSVP & Book

Book by June 30, 2027

Please reserve your room in our block by this date. If you need a few extra days, reach out to us as soon as possible — after June 30 we can no longer guarantee space in our group rate, and you may not be able to join us for this one-of-a-kind destination celebration.

Airfare: guests are kindly asked to book their own flights. We recommend arriving in Cancún no later than October 30 to allow time to rest before the wedding.

We've held a block of rooms at Hotel Xcaret México for a minimum 3 nights. Once you've confirmed your attendance we'll coordinate the reservation with you by email — special rates are available if you'd like to extend your stay before or after these dates.

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is finalized, you'll also get your own private account where you can choose and plan your excursions and tours, and reserve your airport pickup and drop-off. This becomes available on July 1, 2027, right after the payment deadline.
